How to verify Facebook Page

What's a verified profile or Page?

Some well-known public figures and Pages with large followings are verified by Facebook as having an authentic identity. You'll see a blue badgenext to a verified profile or Page's name. These profiles and Pages may include:

§  Celebrities

§  Journalists

§  Government officials

§  Popular brands and businesses

They verify profiles or Pages to help you be sure that they are who they claim to be. Keep in mind that not all authentic profiles and Pages are verified and that you can't request to have your profile or Page verified. You can report fake accounts that are impersonating you, your business or your brand.

If your profile or Page isn't verified, there are other ways to help your followers or the people that like your Page know that your identity is authentic. For example, you can:

§  Link to your Facebook profile or Page from your official website

§  Complete the About section of your profile or Page to provide more information

Can anyone request that his/her profile or Page be verified?

Facebook automatically verifies certain accounts to help people find authentic profiles and Pages. Facebook are not currently able to accept requests for verified profiles or Pages from the public. If anyone see a fake account that's impersonating you, your business or your brand, please report it.

How to get Veified?

As we know a public cannot request his or her facebook page or profile for verification. But if anyone wants his/her official page to be verified followings may be followed:

First  There must be an official website where all official updations are to be updated.

Second After building an official website, need to create an official facebook page. The page must be named as Official Website Name.

Third  While creating Facebook Fan Page Facebook asks for Official website URL. URL of Official Website must be put there.

Fourth  All the official updations updated on website must be posted in Facebook Page with Link.

Fifth  After that, it is to be found if anyone copied same page like you, then Report it.

Sixth After reporting you continue posting in your page. If your website , your brand having Logo with Trademark Registration then page will be verified by Facebook fast.

Seventh Link your Page in your website.

Eighth Get a lot of Likes/followers, a lot of share of all posts regularly.

If every Likes, Followers, Shares are Real, Then you will get verified your page by Facebook very soon.
